Whipped Feta Humous
Add a protein kick into your dip or dish base. This SO delicious.
- 1/2 carton of chickpeas
- 1/2 a Feta block
- 1 Small garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp Tahini (strirred)
- Juice of a lemon (or 1/2 depending on preference)
- Big glug Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt
- Water to loosen
Method
Pop everything in a food processor and whizz. Add more olive oil or water to loosen depending on how you're serving it.
