Whipped Feta Humous

Add a protein kick into your dip or dish base. This SO delicious.

  • 1/2 carton of chickpeas
  • 1/2 a Feta block
  • 1 Small garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini (strirred)
  • Juice of a lemon (or 1/2 depending on preference)
  • Big glug Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water to loosen


Pop everything in a food processor and whizz. Add more olive oil or water to loosen depending on how you're serving it.
