Banana Cinnamon Frappè

Post workout or mid arvo pick me up. Remove the coffee to serve to the kids.

  • 1 banana (ideally frozen)
  • ½ Scoop of Vanilla Protein OR a tbsp of oats and a drop of vanilla extract.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nut Butter
  • Almond Milk (or milk of choice- Soya tends to have more protein)
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Shot of Coffee
