Banana Cinnamon Frappè
Post workout or mid arvo pick me up. Remove the coffee to serve to the kids.
- 1 banana (ideally frozen)
- ½ Scoop of Vanilla Protein OR a tbsp of oats and a drop of vanilla extract.
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nut Butter
- Almond Milk (or milk of choice- Soya tends to have more protein)
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Shot of Coffee
