3 Ingredient Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap

  • 225g Cottage Cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 Tbsps Almond Flour

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Optional herbs like parsley/ basil etc

Customise! I used avocado, mackerel, salad and extra virgin olive oil. I wouldn't add anymore cheese to the filling, but stick to natural protein and veg.

Method

Preheat oven to 170Deg Fan.

Chuck everything in a Nutribullet or blender until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly onto parchment paper on a baking tray. Make a rectangular shape. It will be runny, don't worry!

Bake for around 20- 30 mins until set. Keep checking it. Enjoy!
